Get in touch — anonymously, if you like.
No contact form here, on purpose: forms mean a backend that receives, processes, and usually logs what you send before it ever reaches a human. Email is simpler and leaves you in control of what you reveal.
Write to hello@silentpacket.tv for anything: questions, corrections, tool ideas, or telling us a guide got something wrong (genuinely welcome — accuracy beats ego).
If you want to stay anonymous
You don't need to tell us who you are, and we'd rather you didn't overshare. If you want the message itself to be anonymous:
- Use a throwaway or alias address — SimpleLogin, DuckDuckGo Email Protection, or any free webmail account created for the purpose works fine.
- Don't include real names, account numbers, or screenshots with personal details visible. If you're forwarding a scam message for us to look at, strip out your own information first.
- If no reply is needed, say so — we won't keep the thread around.
What happens to your email
It gets read by one person, answered if it asks something, and deleted when the conversation is done. Contact emails don't go into a marketing list, a CRM, or anywhere else. Joining the update list is a separate, deliberate action on the homepage — emailing us never subscribes you to anything.
